The Guest Table
Happiness is in the meadow, but also on the plate. I offer a simple, light and balanced cuisine. In general, I like to shake up the classics in a very personal way in order to surprise you.
My untreated fruits and vegetables straight from the vegetable garden are the stars throughout the seasons.
So I simply wish you "Bon appetit"...
Zucchini cheesecake all smiles!

The yellow zucchini is the other flagship vegetable in our vegetable garden that lends itself to so many summer recipes!
The photo shows the penultimate phase before baking.
Here I perform a savory version of the cheesecake which is served with a green salad. Undoubtedly one of my favorite recipes and which was unanimous.
Beet. Passion red velouté.

Beets are arguably my favorite root vegetable. Very rich in antioxidants, it comes in multiple ways. This velouté of red beets is eaten cold in summer, and is embellished here with peanuts and Wasabi, which causes an amazing taste sensation. The allergens present are peanuts.
Recipe adaptable of course for people sensitive to this allergen.
Zucchini cream otherwise

Another version of the preparation of yellow zucchini: in a warm and tasty velouté with pumpkin seeds and grilled almonds, garnished with lovage from the garden. A delight !
Root vegetables.
Goal good mood.

Our vegetable garden provides us with root vegetables of different kinds. You see here the white carrots of the Vosges, which is characterized by a taste of radish.
Nantes yellow carrots are known for their sweetness.
Our table d'hôte is happy to help you discover old and forgotten vegetables.
Tomatoes. The taste found.

Our tomato stalks come from an organic market gardener in the neighboring village. Despite the specific Norman climate, our vines give tomatoes that have a real taste. The Noire de Crimee is by far our favorite tomato and it lends itself to multiple preparations: sauces, soups, salads, in pies or in juice. She is faithful to us throughout the beautiful season.
Our jams in tribute to Grandmother

Our orchard produces enough fruit for you to enjoy our own range of jams for breakfast. Our fruits are untreated and the sugars are guaranteed organic.
We seek to obtain very aromatic jams. As with our vegetables, we take pleasure in rediscovering the true taste of jams of yesteryear.
